Our caviar comes from the Seattle Caviar Company, founded by Seattle natives Dale and Betsy Sherrow. They do the quiet, steady work of selecting the finest caviar and hand-delivering it to the shop. Harvested from paddlefish in the Yellowstone River and throughout the Mississippi system, this prehistoric species yields a natural caviar that closely resembles the gentle flavor and medium sized beads of Caspian Sevruga. 

If you’d rather skip the batter and the pan, our blini are ready when you are. They’re delicately nutty, sturdy enough to carry the good stuff, and best with the classic treatment: a dollop of crème fraîche (or sour cream), a spoonful of caviar, and a sprinkling of chopped onions and hard-boiled eggs. Want to mix it up? Go with a can of Bonilla la Vista Patatas Fritas instead!
