Poggio la Noce 2025 Olio Novello – Tuscany
From a 1,500-tree hillside grove in Tuscany, this estate-pressed new-harvest oil by Enzo Schiano and Claire Beliard delivers fragrant notes of fresh-cut grass, almonds, and artichokes, with a clean, low-acid finish.

Madonna dell’Olivo Olio Novello 2025 – Campania
Produced by Antonino Mennella on his 2,000-tree estate near Salerno, this limited-edition Raro Novello blends pitted Ravece and Rotondella olives into a vivid, high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil with remarkably low acidity and a bold, fruity character ideal for finishing hearty dishes.

Tenuta Sant’Ilario Dazero Olio Novello 2025 – Abruzzo
From Tenuta Sant’Ilario on the Adriatic coast of Abruzzo, Dazero olive oil is an unfiltered Novello pressed at the very start of the season, blending olives from the estate’s Sabbia, Terra, and Argillaterroirs into a vividly green, intensely fresh oil.
