The Delaurenti Spritz Bar: New Summer Menu!
Escape the bustle and recharge with our updated menu.
Slip the stairs at DeLaurenti, just past the deli case—away from the buzz of Pike Place Market—and find an oasis a world apart from the summer stampede. Grab a seat, relax, and allow us to make you a cold, refreshing drink and a bite to eat.
Italy has been perfecting the spritz hour for decades. Some say it begins at six, but there are many time zones. To be called a spritz, the drink must be three parts bubbly, two parts bitter, one part soda; add citrus. They’re light, effervescent, and aromatic. We’ve got the sun-kissed Aperol Spritz and its ruby colored cousin, the Campari Spritz. Feel like something with a bit more grip? Order a proper Negroni, the combination of Campari, sweet vermouth & gin that is far greater than the sum of it’s parts.
New to the lineup this Spring: a Sicilian Blood Orange Mimosa that tastes like late-afternoon in Palermo; the Hugo Spritz, with elderflower, lemon & mint; and an ice-cold martini made with vodka or gin. As always, a full selection of cold beers, wines by the glass/bottle, and a zero-proof spritz that actually satisfies are always available.
A person can’t live on beverages alone. Try our absurdly good Spanish chips with the Jamón Serrano, a charcuterie board, The Cone (a DeLaurenti favorite), marinated house olives, and our new tinned fish special. Our full café menu is also available.
